2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

To access the full kiss4d experience, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. kiss4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and account verification.
• Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Do not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or transactions.
• Comply with all rules and conditions related to games, bonuses, and fund withdrawals.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Account Suspension

Kiss4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity, a breach of these Terms, or a third-party complaint is detected. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access the account or carry out any transactions. kiss4d will inform the user of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter.

Account Closure

An account may be permanently closed under the following circumstances:

• The user has registered multiple accounts for unauthorised purposes.
• The user is found to have committed fraud, used bots, or manipulated the system.
• The user has repeatedly violated bonus usage terms.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• At the user's own request for voluntary account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of kiss4d's internal investigation.

Voluntary Closure

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the kiss4d support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once all withdrawal requirements are met and the verification process is complete.

6. Platform Usage Rules

Use of the kiss4d platform is subject to the following rules, which are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users.

• One account only: Each individual is entitled to one active account only. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Personal use: A kiss4d account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be shared or transferred to any other party.
• Manipulation prohibition: Any attempt to exploit software bugs, engage in collusion strategies, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Respectful communication: Users are required to communicate respectfully when interacting with any support channel or platform community.
• Compliance with limits: Users must comply with all deposit, withdrawal, and betting limits set by the platform from time to time.
